Yes -we have a new online booking system and strongly recommend you pre-book your tickets. Customers can book online through our website www.wonderwolrdsoftplay.co.uk. We are currently operating at substantially reduced capacity in all our Wonderworld venues and as such, walk in bookings cannot be guaranteed and are discouraged at present.
Please check your trash inbox in case your confirmation email has gone into this folder in the first instance. If it still can’t be located please contact our customer service team by email ([email protected]) stating the name of the venue you are attending, the date and time and we will endeavour to resolve your query as soon as possible
The easiest way to discuss any changes to your booking is by emailing our bookings team
[email protected] stating the name of the venue, time and date you were attending and what you wish to amend.
Unfortunately, bookings cannot be cancelled only rescheduled. To reschedule your booking, please send an email to [email protected] including your booking reference number, and requested time and date to change to. Rescheduling of bookings should be requested no less than 24 hours prior to the time and date of your session.
Peak times- Weekends, Bank Holidays and all school holidays
Off Peak times- All other times.
You should arrive approx. 5 minutes before your scheduled Wonderworld session. Please have your booking confirmation/ QR code available.
We are open Mon – Friday from 10AM, Sat/Sunday from 9.30AM! Please keep your eye on social media and look at our booking page for live or amended holiday opening times.
At Wonderworld, our play frames have been specifically designed to support the height and weight of an adult so that you can join in the adventure with your children.
Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian. Wonderworld staff are responsible for the monitoring and usage of the equipment only.
We strongly advise wearing light and comfortable, stretchy clothing/ activewear to get the most out of your experience. Long sleeved tops and trousers are recommended to avoid friction burns on exposed skin.
Socks must be worn at all times. Bare feet/shoes are not permitted on the playframe.
Sure- it’s important our guests to feel comfortable and can see clearly, but they may fall off so wear them at your own risk.
No, afraid not, but we have a well stocked café selling food and refreshing beverages all day. No food or drink can be brought into Wonderworld with the exception of baby food/those with specific dietary requirements. Strictly no food or drink can be taken into the playframe.
Exceptions accepted for baby food and disability requirements.
