Gift Voucher Terms

Gift Vouchers can be purchased online or at a Wonder World Soft Play locations, but can only be used at the venue it is purchased from.
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against General Admission, Parties or Purchases at our Café at one of our Wonder World Soft Play locations.
You can combine Gift Vouchers with other payment methods (cash or card).
Multiple Gift Vouchers can be used at the same admission time, but can only be used at the venue it is purchased from.
One Gift Voucher can be used for multiple children.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
Gift Cards must be used within 12 months of when they were purchased.
